Placing an Order
Placing an order could not be easier. Just browse our Collection, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping bag. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete your order. On receipt of your order you will automatically be sent an email confirming your order details and the billing amount.
All our prices include VAT @ 17.5%.
When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

Payment Methods
We are happy to accept all major credit and debit cards including Amex. If you are shopping from outside the UK, please place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to your own currency. You may pay by credit card through our internet site, or via phone, fax, or post.
We also accept payment by cheque from customers in the UK, sent to the address below and made payable to Twisted Bamboo Ltd. Delivery and Postal Costs
When items are in stock and full payment has been received, we will dispatch your order to your address via Royal Mail Special Delivery (standard cost of £5.00) within 7 working days, if not earlier.
International orders will take longer and will be sent via Royal Mail Airsure or International Signed For (cost of £10.00).
All postage costs are for the account of the buyer and these are included in your final total.

Out of Stock Items
You will be informed of any out of stock items, and given an expected delivery date.

Credit Card Security
To help protect your online purchase, we use a secure credit card payment system (protx.com). Your final payment details will be taken on their secure servers. Twistedbamboo.com does not hold credit card details on record.

Guarantee
Twisted Bamboo Ltd has made every effort to display the items as accurately as possible. Please note that cultured pearls and semi-precious stones are natural products, and will therefore have small defects on them. No two items will be exactly the same in terms of shape, size or colour. The lengths of necklaces will vary slightly due to their handmade nature. Colours will also vary due to the reproduction of images on our website.
Twisted Bamboo Ltd reserves the right to change data, references, product specifications, pricing or otherwise amend the contents in full or part time without notice.

Returns Policy
We hope that you will be delighted with your order. If for any reason, you are not, please return the goods within 10 working days of receipt. Goods must be returned unworn and in original packaging with relevant proof of purchase. We will then be happy to exchange the items or refund the cost.
If the item is faulty, or there has been an error on our part, we will refund the full cost including postage charges. Otherwise the customer will be responsible for these charges.
Goods must be returned via Recorded or Special Delivery as we will not be responsible for any loss or damage to goods in transit. No refunds or exchange of goods will be made until original items are received by us.
Sadly we cannot exchange or refund damaged goods. (statutory rights not affected) and for hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns of pierced earrings, unless faulty. Exceptions are at our discretion. Should you request a refund, please note that this may take up to 21 days.
